Our returns and policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining the integrity of our products. Below, we outline our return policy, shipping policy, and other relevant information to assist you in making informed decisions.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, customers should contact us via email at martinezcreations21@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of the return request, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. It is important to note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
In the event that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately and contact us to evaluate the issue.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from our return policy.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is processed.
European Union Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The item must still meet the same conditions as outlined in our standard return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Policy
We offer various shipping options to accommodate our customers' needs, including standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and order weight.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In cases of high order volume, shipping may be delayed, and customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information for their package.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
